BTS did not simply finish the North American leg of its world tour in Los Angeles.

It left with another stadium record.

Yonhap News Agency, citing BigHit Music, reports that all 31 North American dates on BTS’s Arirang world tour sold out in advance and drew roughly 1.92 million fans across 12 cities.

The final four shows at SoFi Stadium attracted approximately 282,000 attendees, according to the agency, pushing the group’s history at the venue into territory no other act has reached.

Eight Shows at SoFi Is Now the BTS Standard

Including the group’s previous Los Angeles concerts in 2021, BTS has now performed eight times at SoFi Stadium—more shows there than any other act, according to BigHit.

The cumulative attendance across those eight dates is roughly 496,000.

That number matters because stadium records can sometimes be manufactured by technicalities: stage configurations change, capacity changes and promoters count audiences differently.

The more impressive part of the BTS statistic is the repeat demand.

They did not fill SoFi once because of novelty. They came back years later and filled it again across multiple nights.

The North American Run Was Built at Arena-and-Stadium Scale

The 31-date leg stretched across five months and included stops in cities such as El Paso, Mexico City and New York.

Every date sold out in advance, BigHit said.

For a group returning to large-scale touring after a long period of individual projects and military service, those numbers answer one of the biggest questions surrounding the reunion: would the audience come back at the same intensity?

The answer, at least in North America, appears to be yes.

The Los Angeles finale was also streamed through Weverse to viewers in 177 countries, extending the event beyond the people physically inside the stadium.

BTS Is Operating Like a Global Touring Institution Now

There was a time when every BTS stadium achievement was framed as evidence that K-pop had broken through in the United States.

That description now feels outdated.

BTS is no longer proving that a Korean group can fill major American venues. The group is competing against the biggest touring acts in the world, period.

That changes the significance of the SoFi record.

It is not a niche K-pop milestone. It is a venue milestone.

The group’s next challenge is maintaining that scale across the rest of the world tour without turning the reunion into a nostalgia exercise.

If North America is the early indicator, the fan base did not spend the hiatus moving on.

It spent the hiatus waiting.
